Overview
This course has been designed to provide you with the general skills relevant to the plumbing industry and your future career within the industry.
Prepare for a career within the plumbing industry with this hands-on course! Gain experience and practical skills that will provide you with relevant experience that may increase your employability.
This course will ensure you gain practical experience in the use of power tools, plumbing fixtures and fittings as well as basic welding skills that employers are looking for.

Duration
PRE-APPRENTICESHIP, FULL-TIME: 14 Weeks
Requirements
- Students must be at least 16 years of age.
- There is a Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) requirement to complete this course.
Assessment
The assessments will enable students to demonstrate the underpinning knowledge, skills and attributes required to meet the course outcomes. A range of assessment strategies to meet different student's needs will be selected, including tests and projects of both a theoretical and practical nature.
