Course Overview
Overview
This chemical user's course outlines the legislative requirements and safe working practices needed to use agricultural and veterinary chemicals. This is a Refresher course in which participants will be reminded of their obligations relating to chemical use in the workplace and will be updated on Legislative requirements. Participants are able to do this course provided the re-accreditation 'attempt' occurs within the 5-year validity of the accreditation. Students will need to provide evidence of this.

Requirements
Participants are able to do this course provided the re-accreditation of their AgVet chemical user's permit is occurring within the 5 year validity of the accreditation.
Assessment
You will be assessed on your theoretical and practical knowledge, understanding and skills.
Other Information
If you have not completed the initial AgVet Chemical Skill Set, or your re-accreditation falls outside of the 5-year period, you will need to do the full version of this course, located here: Agricultural Chemical Skill Set
Most teaching and assessment is conducted on-campus, but occasionally a particular industry cohort will be trained in their workplace.
